Currently, financial technology is developing rapidly, with Asia and the Americas leading the way, while the development of Europe is relatively slow. Countries along the “Belt and Road” are advancing day by day. The global opportunities of financial technology lie in new customers and new markets, and China is an important leader in financial technology in the world. The demand for talents is changing rapidly, and how to train financial technology talents to adapt to the new era has become increasingly urgent. In this context, Zhejiang University AIF and Willis Towers Watson (WTW) jointly established the "Financial Technology Talent Research Office of Zhejiang University Internet Finance Research Institute" in order to give full play to the strength of industry, education and research to help China's financial technology talent research and practice.
