Zhejiang University AIF Hangzhou Research Center is in the context of the People’s Bank of China’s financial technology development plan, Zhejiang Province’s efforts to build emerging financial centers, and Hangzhou City’s international financial technology center construction plan, and the Zhejiang Internet Finance Federation (hereinafter referred to as "ZAIF ") Co-constructed, with Ben Shenglin, professor of Zhejiang University School of Management, Dean of Zhejiang University AIF, and co-chairman of ZAIF as the academic leader.
