The blockchain research room is headed by Dr. Ruidong Zhang, tenured professor of computer information systems at the University of Wisconsin-Oclair, as the first director of the studio, and Dr. Cai Liang, deputy dean of the School of Software, Zhejiang University and director of the software engineering department of the School of Computer, Zhejiang University, is the chief the scientist.

The guiding team includes Professor Ben Shenglin and Professor Xu Weidong from the School of Management of Zhejiang University, Yang Bo, Director of the Information Engineering Department of the School of Information, Renmin University of China, and Li Qilei (Hangzhou Funchain Technology Co., Ltd.) and Wang Liren (initiator of the Energy Blockchain Lab) , Huang Lianjin (former Huawei blockchain expert).
